How do I pause, resume, increase, or decrease appointment flow?

How long before I get my 1st appointment?
It varies. It will be a least 1-3 business days (since we have to set your campaign up internally to even start generating & sorting through leads). Sometimes we'll start to get you seller appointments right away, other times it could take weeks. It depends on many factors, but rest assured we are working very hard in the background for you. We prioritize QUALITY over QUANTITY everytime. We look for Ready, Willing, and Able appointments and not just tire kickers.
How do I know these are "good" appointments?
Every call is a ready willing able prospect. As a reminder: Ready (motivation & timeline less than 12 months). Willing (open to list and speaking with agent) Able (not under a seller contract). These are fully transparent where we also send the call recordings to give the agent understand the homeowners goals, potential objections, and even their style of talking & personality. We ensure every appointment shows up or we replace them.
When do I get charged?
You are allowed to preorder appointments every single week in advance if you want the week to stay limited to a certain amount of appointments. If a decision wasn't made on the preorder model, when we make a booking you are automatically charged. Because we take so much effort on the front end to call and qualify the lead, once we do, that is when the appointment fee is deducted from your account.
What if I don't like the appointment?
As a rule, the appointments we set for you are final. It takes a significant amount of resources, time, and money to identify and secure an appointment worthy of sending to you. To ensure this program is a win/win for both of us, this policy is firm, and it’s why we dedicate so much effort upfront to vet each potential client thoroughly. These are qualified appointment is with someone who has clearly expressed their interest in selling their property and has been carefully screened through a direct phone conversation to confirm their intentions and suitability.
If your appointment close rate was 100%, that would be amazing, right? But it’s not going to be—and it doesn’t need to be. Appointments might not convert for a variety of reasons; some within your control, and some outside of it. Circumstances change, personalities might not align, or a prospect might ultimately decide not to sell. And that’s okay! You don’t need a 100% close rate to make this a HUGE win.
What if a lead doesn't answer my calls after the first consultation?
For obvious reasons, we do not offer appointment credits for unresponsive leads after the first appointment. To maximize the chances of a listing, always push for an in-person appointment if we have not already set an in-person appointment for you. Closing rates for appointments that you meet in-person jump by 10x fold versus if you try to close a homeowner on the phone. Our team can assist in re-engaging active appointments for you as well.
In that case, how do I make money with this?
Our goal for you is to achieve at least a 100% ROI from this program. Let’s do a quick calculation. How much do you earn on average per deal? Divide the cost of this program by that amount—that’s your breakeven number of closed deals. Now divide that number by 2. That’s what you need to achieve a 100% ROI. Based on this, you can estimate how many appointments you’ll need to close just one deal. Chances are, with a focus on the big picture, you’ll be in excellent shape to hit your goals. What happens after I get the appointment?
It's your turn to take over. We recommend personally reaching out to the prospect to introduce yourself (a text of your Zillow, Instagram, Youtube is great), even before the appointment. Keep in touch with them and take a HELPFUL approach in your communication. The more time you spend building rapport, adding value, and creating a connection during those initial conversations, the greater the likelihood they'll choose you to list their property.
Do you keep generating appointments after I get a appointment?
Yes, this means you might receive 2 or more appointments in a single day. In this case, you will be automatically billed for each appointment we generate, so please keep that in mind! This isn’t a system that sends one appointment daily—it’s designed to connect you with quality prospects as they’re identified. Will I need to use your CRM?
The good news is no! As the teams & agents we're working with are using various CRMs and softwares, we don't add on an extra problem on your plate. Just simply put seller appointments in your follow-up pipeline after you have the conversation with the lead.
